Referral lifecycle
A referral is a controlled introduction record. It does not grant access to the prospect's banking relationship and it does not activate an account.
Pipeline states

| Submitted | Introduction submitted for review. |
| Consent Verification | Consent basis is checked. |
| Under Review | Programme fit and submitted information are assessed. |
| Qualified | Referral meets current qualification criteria. |
| Contact Initiated | Azari begins prospect contact. |
| Onboarding | The prospect completes the applicable Azari onboarding flow. |
| Activated | The relevant onboarding activation event is reached. |
| Qualified for Reward | Programme conditions for reward review are met. |
| Reward Pending | Reward is awaiting review or processing. |
| Reward Approved | Reward approved under programme controls. |
| Reward Paid | Approved reward paid. |
| Closed or Rejected | Terminal non-active referral state. |
What a partner does not receive
No balance access
Referral attribution does not expose balances or transaction history.
No KYC document access
Member identity documents stay inside the authorized Azari onboarding and compliance boundary.
No approval authority
A partner cannot approve KYC, activate banking access or override account restrictions.
