Categories and performance levels
Partner category describes relationship standing. Performance level tracks qualifying activity. They are separate controls and neither can be self-selected from the public site.

Approved entry
Associate
Entry category for an approved partner that has completed required onboarding conditions.
Established
Executive Partner
Expanded standing for compliant partners with established programme activity.
Invitation
Elite Partner
Invitation-led category for deeper strategic relationships that meet current criteria.
Restricted
Black Circle
Top-tier recognition for selected high-performing partners that continue to meet programme standards.
Performance levels
